Who is God?
It is utterly impossible to list everything down on who God is. To do that in the very first place would do God discredit. The best way which I’d find to describe God is by looking at His finest creation, human beings. We are God’s finest creation. The Imago Dei. Created in the very image of God. There’s no other creature in heaven or on earth who is created in His image.
We reflect the very nature of who God is; His authority, His love, His creativity, and so much more. Nonetheless, some would argue that our sinful nature doesn’t reflect who God is. I would differ on that thought. Our very sinful nature shows all the more God’s unconditional love. We witness this when He sent His Son, His One and only begotten Son to die for the redemption of our sins thus making us accounted as righteous.
So who is God? He is not something which can be measured by any scientific method nor can His characters or attributes be squeeze down into a box. The human potential is just a glimpse of our amazing God. Now ain't that a remarkable reflection of who God is?

Firstly, Do you believe in he trinity?
If yes? How does the Holy Spirit play a role in who God is?

You mentioned the best way to describe God is by looking human being.. how about the animals, plants and the universe? Are they part of who God is?
Yes we can know God by seeing His image which is human as His creation. But human is not what God is all about, and the creativity, love, authority can never represent the fullness of God.
To my understanding, image of God does not equal to God. It is the very nature of God, but God is more than His nature.

but here's some question, are you saying that by seeing human potential we can see God? so what is His identity?

what is it that make Him create us so special into His image?
